I’m originally from Limerick, Ireland, and moved to Sydney last year, for better opportunities—but to be honest, mostly for the sunshine! Growing up, I always wanted to be a nurse as I was inspired by my mom. I started out as an Assistant in Nursing in aged care and studied Human Resource Management in college, unsure exactly which path I’d take but knowing I wanted to work with people. During my college placement, I landed in recruitment and haven’t looked back since. Recruitment gives me the perfect balance of working with people, helping nurses find their dream roles, and supporting clients to find the right fit. For me, recruitment isn’t just about sales—it’s about people.
